  The clothes are nice and reasonable it's the employees that work there. The employees greet certain people. A black couple came in and I saw the employee gave them a hateful look. Two seconds later a white walks in and the employee spoke to her. The black couple saw what happened and walked right back the door. This is very unprofessional in a small town or anywhere. I will not go back because of this behavior. I will go the distance to Hermitage. Hermitage greets you from the moment you walk into their store.

  It never fails… Every time I go into Cato’s I’m amazed at all the new clothes they have . I probably spend upwards to 500+ a year… The Springfield store is amazing and so many of the employees pay special attention to your fashion sense. It’s my favorite place to shop
